Mike WilkinsonManaging DirectorI am responsible for overall leadership and strategic development of the company, working with and reporting to the Board. My role includes developing partnerships with key stakeholders, strategic business planning and working with Visit England to keep Lancashire on the national tourism map. I work closely with the senior management team to maximise opportunities that will further benefit the industry and sustain the local visitor economy. |

Tony OpenshawMarketing DirectorI have responsibility for the overall strategic direction of LBTB’s marketing activities. This includes leading and managing the marketing team, marketing planning and the monitoring of campaigns to ensure all outputs are achieved. Central to this is the successful evolution of the Visit Lancashire brand; as brand guardian I ensure that all our marketing and communications are ‘on brand’. I also work with partners to encourage them to support this through their own marketing activity, thereby creating a more powerful and effective brand for Lancashire. |

Helen AldousTraining ManagerMy role includes the management of the nationally recognised Welcome to Excellence customer service training programmes throughout Lancashire, Cheshire, Merseyside and Greater Manchester. I am also responsible for ensuring that Lancashire and the North West are represented at a national level with regard to future delivery and development of the Welcome to Excellence training. |

Amy ColganDigital Marketing Co-ordinatorI am responsible for making sure the information on visitlancashire.com is up to date and correct. If a business needs their listing amending on the Visit Lancashire and Visit Britain websites I am their point of contact. I am also responsible for building and sending the companies consumer and corporate e-newsletters and talking to our consumers via Visit Lancashire social media channels. |

Tim DixonCommercial Partnerships ExecutiveI am responsible for building, maintaining, and retaining commercial partnerships with tourism businesses in Lancashire. I am frequently out and about across the county and if you want to find out more about what the tourist board could additionally do to assist, do give me call and I would be delighted to visit. Tim Dixon works with Zoë Viney, sharing responsibility for businesses across Lancashire. |

Nikki DuckworthHead of Commercial ServicesMy chief responsibility is to ensure that the company reduces its reliance on public funding and becomes a self sustaining non profit organisation, through developing partnership opportunities and initiatives that meet the needs of our member businesses, provide a return on investment and surpass expectations. We do not have shareholders so all the fees that we receive from our Members are invested in the products and services we provide for them. |

Helen HeyworthTraining Co-ordinatorI co-ordinate and administer the nationally recognised Welcome to Excellence customer service training courses. I liaise directly with businesses and trainers to ensure that the training is delivered to a national standard and that individual training needs are met. I am a first point of contact for enquiries regarding courses. |

Michelle GrayOffice Co-ordinatorI provide secretarial and administration support to the Managing Director and other members of the senior management team. I also play a central role in overseeing the smooth running of the office and act as a contact for staff between finance, personnel and payroll (administered by LCDL). |

Anna IzzaCommunications ManagerI respond to enquiries and develop opportunities that promote Lancashire in the media, working with local and national newspapers, consumer magazines, TV and radio. They all contribute to developing the Visit Lancashire brand and the sector. I also work with the marketing team to highlight the latest campaigns and with the commercial team, to ensure that our partners benefit from joint-coverage. |

Sally Jastrzebski-LloydMarketing ManagerI manage and deliver activity for all marketing campaigns and publications such as the Lancashire Visitor Guide and Countryside Collection leaflet – making sure that everything from photography to copywriting is immersed in the Lancashire brand. You can also speak to me about marketing your business to groups and the Open Golf in 2012. |

Cilla LoweDigital Development ManagerI manage all digital activity for LBTB, including developments on the company’s consumer and industry facing websites, online campaigns and social media, together with responsibility for the DMS (LOIS). I manage all digital activity relating to our marketing campaigns in order to maximise responses and achieve campaign objectives. |

Justina MaPolicy and Partnerships ManagerMy role involves leading and co-ordinating the performance management system and external funding programmes, including the RDPE Tourism Connect programme. I also review new funding opportunities and develop funding bids. Another key aspect of my role is to lead on reviewing and developing key organisational policies and strategies relating to the visitor economy. |

Catherine RedshawCommercial Partnerships Co-ordinatorI support the Commercial Team, managing their administrative needs, helping with planning and co-ordination; allowing them to spend their time with Members and potential new business partners. I’m a first point of contact when Tim and Zoë are out of the office and am here to help Members understand and reap the benefits of their membership. |
