Northwest Annual London 2012 Conference

The Northwest Annual London 2012 Conference takes place on Friday 22nd July. Highlights for the event include:
- An opening address by Jonathan Edwards, Olympic Gold Medallist and Deputy Chair of the London 2012 Nations and Regions Group
- The announcement and unveiling of the London 2012 'Make your Mascot' winner for the Northwest
- A special performance to launch Open Weekend 2011 in the Northwest
- A speaking line up that includes senior representatives from London 2012, UKTI, NHS Northwest, County Sport Partnerships, Visit Manchester, NWDA and the Arts Council
- The opportunity to get new information on Games related opportunities first hand
This is the one occasion during the year where stakeholders can come together to understand the full breadth of the Northwest 2012 programme and will be the last such conference before London 2012. This is a key opportunity to make sure your organisation is well placed to capitalise fully on the benefits of the Games.
