The Lancashire and Blackpool Tourist Board, supported by the Northwest Regional Development Agency (NWDA), provides and delivers Welcome to Excellence training across Cheshire, Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Merseyside through open, in-house or corporate programmes depending on individual and organisational requirements.
