Lancashire and Blackpool Tourist Board run one main stategic marketing campaign per year.
Previous campaigns have been Family Fun (2005), Coastal Contrasts (2006) and Living Legends (2007)
The Country Escapes campaign has run at various times throughout 2005-08 and will be running again from Jan - June 2009.
Leading in 2008 is 'Taste Lancashire 08 - The Year of Food and Drink' an exciting 12 month campaign designed to raise the awareness and profile of the area, increase visits, improve industry skills, and work closely with Liverpool during its European Capital of Culture Year. Food & Drink Campaign
