E-marketing Opportunities

Lancashire and Blackpool Tourist Board has built up a database of over 24,000 opt-in consumers who are actively looking for information about visiting Lancashire.

These consumers are profiled by interest e.g. Outdoors, Food and Drink, Heritage... In this way we can send targeted e-mails to people in order to increase the response rate.

We only feature 6 'slots' in our e-newsletters and these are booking fast!

E-blast type profiles

Consumer - sent out monthly to all opt-in to email consumers (24,000) and include general topics often centered around the time of year. For example Christmas or Bonfire Night.
Any business featured on visitlancashire.com can buy a slot for £65+VAT (20% discount for members).

Business - Sent to monthly all businesses featuring on visitlancashire.com with LBTB business support, skills and training and marketing news, information and opportunities.
LBTB members can buy a slot at a cost of £52+VAT

Food and Drink - As part of Taste Lancashire 08 - the year of food and drink. Sent out monthly to opt-in to email consumers with an interest in food and drink or short breaks (11,000 consumers). Each e-blast is themed around a district of Lancashire with a possibility of buying a slot at £65+VAT (20% discount for members). Please contact Barbara on bhoworth@lbtbltd.com

Country Escapes - As part of the annual campaign and sent out to consumers interested in Countryside Breaks (14,000 consumers). Some opportunities to buy slots at £65+VAT (20% sicount for members). Please contact Sally on sj-lloyd@lbtbltd.com
