Occupancy Surveys

A key part of our market intelligence comprises of occupancy data for the sector. The main method of collecting this data is through the England Occupancy Survey, EOS (formerly the United Kingdom Occupancy Survey) for serviced accommodation providers. The England Occupacy Survey is conducted through the nominated research consultants BDRC. 

Participation in EOS involves a simple monthly on-line data form which details rooms and beds occupied. It is quick and easy to fill in and all information is treated in the strictest confidence. No data is ever published alongside a business name.
