The quarterly 'How's Business' tourism business performance survey enables us to gauge the recent performance of the sector and to understand future challenges so that we can develop the right level and type of support for tourism businesses within Lancashire and Blackpool. It explores recent business performance, perceived reasons for relative success or failure, factors impacting on performance and confidence for the forthcoming period.
The survey is posted or emailed to businesses at the end of each quarter and participation is free, quick and easy, taking only a few minutes of your time.
All responses are confidential and those who take part in the survey have the option to receive a copy of the survey report which provides them with important market intelligence for benchmarking and business planning purposes.
