Best New Entrant to the Industry

Nominations are invited for individuals who have successfully entered the industry at any level, from 16-60 years old, school leaver to college graduate or people who have made a lifestyle change during the last two years.

We are looking for people from all aspects of the business, from owners and managers through to entry level or students. They need to be individuals who are able to demonstrate the ability to adapt, learn, progress, achieve and succeed within the industry. The nomination should include evidence of:

• Any learning undertaken to support their progress
• Any achievements/successes to date
