Most Outstanding Front Line Customer Service Team/Individual of the Year.

This award requires a demonstration of excellence in customer care that exceeds the normal requirements of the job. Evidence will demonstrate how customers have benefited from the excellent service provided by the employee(s), exceeding what would normally be required.

The nomination should include evidence of:

  • How the nominee constantly thinks about how best to meet their customer needs
  • Acts promptly on customer requests and queries
  • Possesses outstanding communication skills
  • Ongoing learning within the last two years

Entries will be short listed using the information supplied in the written entry. Three finalists will then be invited to meet the judges to discuss their role and achievements.

The winner of this award will represent Lancashire at England’s Northwest Tourism Awards 2008.
