This award is for any individual who has contributed significantly to their own learning and skills development or to furthering excellence through the learning and development of others.

The winner will be committed to constantly improving their knowledge base and personal ability or the knowledge and ability of others. They will stand as a positive example of how to make the most of the many opportunities within tourism, whether as a student, trainee or trainer.

 Nominations should include evidence of:
