How to Enter

Take a moment to read the brief description of each award and think about them in terms of the people you work with. If you work with a winner, then acknowledge their contribution by completing the nomination questions today. You can nominate an employee, a colleague or yourself.

Answer all the questions on the entry form. We welcome typed entries and please follow the same format, adhering as far as possible to the stated word count per question. Please answer each question as fully as possible as the judges only have this document to form an opinion and base their decision upon.

A photograph of your nominee should accompany your application.This must be in email format.

Examples of supporting material e.g. press articles, pictures, customer surveys, letters, certificates can be included with your entry.
