Most Outstanding Young Tourism Manager

(Under 30 years of age on 31st October 2008)

This award is for young managers within any sector of the tourism industry who acts as a role model to other up and coming managers. Possessing outstanding and diverse planning, problem solving and communication skills, they will also be exemplary team leaders, understanding and motivating their staff.

Nominations should include:

  • Evidence of training/qualifications attained
  • A personal professional and positive attitude
  • An ability to work, communicate and inspire others around them and to drive forward projects/staff
