Lead, Motivate and Succeed has been developed in response to widespread demand. It aims to help supervisors and managers to lead, develop and motivate their staff so that the whole team delivers world-class customer service.

Lead, Motivate and Succeed is ideal for first-time line managers and supervisors working in the hospitality, leisure, travel, tourism, retail or financial sectors. The course is equally suited for students preparing for employment in the service sector.

The one-day course is delivered through a combination of expert instruction, group activity and personal action planning.

You will look at how to:

  • set objectives for organisations, teams and individuals
  • improve your management and leadership skills
  • communicate effectively
  • create a customer-focused culture within a teamdeal with any problems and handle difficult situations

The course is designed to make a real difference to the performance of individual managers and help boost the overall quality of the organisations in which they work. The overall goal is to help raise the bar in customer service standards and this course is an important tool to help achieve that
