Welcome to Blackpool

Welcome to Blackpool is a one-day course revealing how to provide a world class customer experience and also provides in-depth information on Blackpool past, present and future.

The programme has been developed by Regional Tourist Board Partnerships Ltd on behalf of Blackpool Council, BlackpoolUnlimited.com and Lancashire & Blackpool Tourist Board.

The initiative is part of the nationally accredited Welcome to Excellence series of training programmes, which is the largest and most established customer service training programme in the UK.

Aimed at frontline staff in the hospitality, leisure, retail and tourism sectors, it is expected that the breakthrough programme will significantly improve the visitor experience in the resort.
