Welcoming Walkers and Cyclists is designed to help businesses understand how they can provide a warm welcome and appropriate levels of service to attract walking and cycling visitor markets.

The training can assist your business in maximising the many benefits of a quality service, including higher and repeat business from walkers and cyclists. The course is designed for all accommodation providers operating in Lancashire including Self-Catering, Bed and Breakfasts, Hotels, and Guest House operators, and is designed to be both informative and enjoyable. It will be delivered in an interactive and innovative style by an experienced trainer. The Welcoming Walkers and Cyclists course will also prepare accommodation operators to apply for the national Walkers and Cyclists Charter Mark, part of VisitBritain's Quality in Tourism accreditation scheme.
