Award Winning Customer Service

Michael Gore from the Best Western Premier Leyland Hotel was the latest winner of the Lancashire and Blackpool Tourism awards – 'Outstanding Customer Service of the Year Award'.

He was then shortlisted for a Visit England Awards for Excellence 2012 representing the county at a national level, which he won and took home their Gold award for Outstanding Customer Service.
