Would you like to deliver any of the Welcome to Excellence courses to your staff? Often it is more cost effective for larger organisations to nominate a member of staff who has relevant training experience. The benefits are:

  • You have the flexibility to tailor the training and to make sure it meets your business needs.
  • Full high quality trainer support materials and a trainer certificate are provided during the one-day ‘ trainer briefing’.
  • Marketing Lancashire provides ongoing guidance and support.

A ‘trainer briefing’ is delivered by an experienced master trainer. Venues are conveniently located and can be arranged as open courses, with a mix of delegates or, for any organisation with a number of trainers, an in-house course can be arranged. New trainers are advised to also attend the relevant open Welcome to Excellence course before they start delivering the training to staff.
