Welcome Host Gold
A practical, flexible one day training course for frontline staff to help boost business performance through the very latest techniques in customer service. This new course meets the National Standards in Customer Service.
By taking part in Welcome Host Gold staff will be able to:
- work with others to review and develop customer service and communication skills
- deal with difficult situations and turn these around confidently and competently
- understand customers, and transform their experience.
Delegates can also choose to participate in a nationally recognised City and Guilds qualification, through a multiple choice examination taken after the training.
This course is enjoyable and interactive, providing delegates with a high quality participant guide, nationally recognised certificate and badge. By opting to undertake the examination, successful delegates will gain a Level 2 Award in Principles of Customer Service in Hospitality, Leisure, Travel and Tourism.
You can choose between attending an open course or having an in-house if you have sufficient numbers of staff.

Course Costs -
£80 (standard national price £90).
Optional City and Guilds Level 2 Qualification: £18.00 plus VAT per person in addition to the cost of the course.
