Welcome to Blackpool

Welcome to Blackpool is an exciting one-day programme for everyone working in the hospitality, leisure, tourism, transport and retail sectors in Blackpool. The programme is one of the nationally branded Welcome to Excellence training programmes.

The programme will benefit Blackpool organisations by:

• ensuring that team members learn more about Blackpool’s attractions and services
• staff attending the programme can use the knowledge gained to enhance the visitor and local residents’ experience of Blackpool
• equipping staff to deliver a high standard of customer service. Through greater product knowledge, staff will exceed expectations. This encourages word of mouth recommendations and repeat visits.

The programme is fun and interactive and provides delegates with a high quality participant guide, nationally recognised certificate and badge.

You can choose between attending an open course or having an in-house course if you have sufficient numbers of staff.
