Welcome to Preston

The Welcome to Preston course is the newest Welcome to Excellence product knowledge and customer service course to be available in Lancashire for businesses in Preston.

As 2012 is an important year for Preston with the Preston Guild and the Corporate Games, the course will provide skills that ensure visitors to the City experience the highest levels of customer service through enhanced product knowledge.

Welcome to Preston has been developed in partnership with North and Western  Lancashire Chamber of Commerce, Preston’s Business Improvement District (BID) and Preston City Council.

The course

The one day course which is based on the successful Welcome Host Gold is designed to ensure that the visitor experience in Preston is world class and one which generates repeat business during and after the Preston Guild. The programme will provide delegates with an excellent knowledge of the wide range of events, attractions and leisure and retail opportunities available in Preston.
